INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer worldwide shipping, however some countries outside the United States may require import tax, duties, VAT and related Customs fees for the imports, and all these costs are not covered in payments you made to us. In some cases, the local Customs office of your country may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared, and this may also cause further delay on the delivery.

RETURNS
If your item arrived damaged/defective, please Email us a clear picture or video of the damaged item with your order number within 30 days of delivery. Upon receipt of your information, it will take us 3 business days to file a claim with the carrier, and we would arrange you a new replacement or refund.

To return a product for a non-quality issue, we would require you to pay the shipping fee for the return. Besides, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee based on the retail price of the product. Once you have returned the product and after it has been fully inspected by us, we will refund your purchase price, excluding the 20% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In addition, the Load Rating (kg/lbs) of the turbine package is 815 kg each for the 19-inch and 20-inch wheels, while the Load Rating for the track package is 750 kg each.

Only the 19 and 20-inch ones are available in stock.

How big is the bolt pattern and center bore for the Tesla rim on the Model 3?

The size of the bolt pattern is 5 x 114.3 for all of the available rims. The center bore for all of our Tesla rims is 64.1 mm.
