Free standard shipping is applicable only to orders with total value (after discount) over USD 200.00 under normal circumstances, and a flat shipping fee will be required otherwise. Please also note that shipping fee is non-refundable.
Orders will be shipped using various delivery services depending on the destination and size of package. Shipping fees and the service provider will be shown upon checkout. The delivery time will vary a lot from country to country:
For US orders: 6-12 business days
For non-US orders: 5-23 business days

We offer worldwide shipping, however some countries outside the United States may require import tax, duties, VAT and related Customs fees for the imports, and all these costs are not covered in payments you made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. For further details of charges, please contact your local Customs office directly.
In some cases, the local Customs office of your country may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared, and this may also cause further delay on the delivery.
If your item arrived damaged/defective, please Email us a clear picture or video of the damaged item with your order number within 7 days of delivery. Upon receipt of your information, it will take us 3 business days to file a claim with the carrier, and we would arrange you a new replacement or refund.
To return a product for a non-quality issue, we would require you to pay the shipping fee for the return. Besides, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee based on the retail price of the product. Once you have returned the product and after it has been fully inspected by us, we will refund your purchase price, excluding the 20% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Customs and Postal Service may also require extra time to work on the processing / delivery during peak season or before major festivals. For details on public holidays in the destination country, please refer to the local government website. Please also note that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorizations.
