Power Cycling the Tesla Model Y

If your car exhibits unexpected behaviour or displays a generic alarm, you might try power cycling it to see if the problem is resolved.

1. Put the vehicle into Park.
2. On the touchscreen, go to Controls > Safety & Security > Power Off.
3. Wait for about 2 minutes and do not interact with the vehicle during this time. Do not open the doors, touch the brake pedal or the touchscreen, etc.
4. After the time has passed, press the brake pedal or open the door to wake the vehicle.
