Tesla's Model 3 Beats Porsche Taycan Turbo on Track in China

Porsche Taycan Turbo is a monster on the track, and we can’t deny it. However, when Tesla comes on stage, it leaves every other vehicle in the dust.

Although it’s hard to believe that someone can defeat Porsche’s pride, the affordable Model 3 by Tesla keeps skyrocketing the success of its company.

Dongchedi, a premium motoring site in China, recently conducted a test of Taycan Turbo, including 24-hour testing against Model S and Model 3.

They tested Porsche Taycan Turbo’s endurance compared to Model S, and time track test against Model 3.

Taycan Turbo is famous, yet the most expensive electric vehicle on the Chinese market, reaching USD 214,238.

On the other hand, Tesla’s Model 3 is three times less expensive, and people can get it for USD 60,038.

To make it clear, Model 3’s price in China is still high when compared to the United States, and that will change when Giga Shangai starts with the production.

According to the site, Porsche Taycan Turbo did well on the track, and the tests show this is the best Porsche car.

However, no car is good enough when competing with Tesla, and not even Taycan Turbo is an exception.

After the drag race, Taycan Turbo’s result after a quarter-mile was 10.99 seconds, while Model S finished the race in 10.56 seconds.

In the time track test, Taycan Turbo left behind the Model S, by scoring 1:15:97 record, but these numbers weren’t good enough for the impressive 1:15:78 of Model 3.

Although the German-made Porsche Taycan Turbo is created to be the winner in its league, no one can beat the performance and the price of Tesla Model 3.

After all the testing results, it’s no wonder if Tesla takes over the hearts of the Chinese track racers. After all, the Model 3 is less expensive, and it provides better results than any other car.
