Free standard shipping is applicable only to orders with total value (after discount) over USD 200.00 under normal circumstances, and a flat shipping fee will be required otherwise. Please also note that shipping fee is non-refundable.

DELIVERY TIME
Orders will be shipped using various delivery services depending on the destination and size of package. Shipping fees and the service provider will be shown upon checkout. The delivery time will vary a lot from country to country:

For US orders: 6-12 business days*
For non-US orders: 5-23 business days

*For some products, we bring new stock directly from our facility in China will take up to 15 business days for shipping international.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer worldwide shipping, however some countries outside the United States may require import tax, duties, VAT and related Customs fees for the imports, and all these costs are not covered in payments you made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. For further details of charges, please contact your local Customs office directly.
In some cases, the local Customs office of your country may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared, and this may also cause further delay on the delivery.

RETURNS
If your item arrived damaged/defective, please Email us a clear picture or video of the damaged item with your order number within 30 days of delivery. Upon receipt of your information, it will take us 3 business days to file a claim with the carrier, and we would arrange you a new replacement or refund.

To return a product for a non-quality issue, we would require you to pay the shipping fee for the return. Besides, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee based on the retail price of the product. Once you have returned the product and after it has been fully inspected by us, we will refund your purchase price, excluding the 20% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Installation Guide: How to chrome delete your Tesla Model 3?

No tools or drilling required!

1st step: Important to have a clean area to work with, we recommend you to head to the car wash or give your Tesla a nice handwash cleaning.

2nd step: We recommend to clean all the trim parts with a towel and alcohol (or alcohol wipes) to make sure it is very clean before applying the self-adhesive tape.

3rd step: For each piece of the kit, remove ⅓ of the double side tape and apply it on your car. This will help you to make sure you got the right position before unleashing the rest of the tape and stick the whole part. Once you got the right position, remove the rest of the tape protection and press the cover firmly onto your car.

After 2 days, the tape will bond firmly with your car. During the next 48H, we recommend you to reduce your speed and avoid highway trips. If you really need to, for additional safety, we advise you to maintain your chrome delete with painter’s tape for the next 48H.

Easy to remove

You can take off your chrome delete at any time by just heating up the panel with a hairdryer or a heatgun and then remove it slowly.
