INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer worldwide shipping, however some countries outside the United States may require import tax, duties, VAT and related Customs fees for the imports, and all these costs are not covered in payments you made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. For further details of charges, please contact your local Customs office directly.
In some cases, the local Customs office of your country may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared, and this may also cause further delay on the delivery.

RETURNS
If your item arrived damaged/defective, please Email us a clear picture or video of the damaged item with your order number within 30 days of delivery. Upon receipt of your information, it will take us 3 business days to file a claim with the carrier, and we would arrange you a new replacement or refund.

To return a product for a non-quality issue, we would require you to pay the shipping fee for the return. Besides, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee based on the retail price of the product. Once you have returned the product and after it has been fully inspected by us, we will refund your purchase price, excluding the 20% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We recommend never to pour water or any other cleaner directly onto the deck of the center console. Furthermore, the center console insert can easily be removed from the center channels of the Model S so it can be cleaned outside the vehicle.


Will this center console work with any other Tesla Model?

No. This center console insert is compatible only with Tesla Model S built in the years 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. Later models already have a built-in center console storage area so you don’t need one of these inserts.


Is the Tesla Model S center console compatible with right-hand-drive versions of the Model S? (For Model S owners in the United Kingdom, Australia, Hong Kong, and other RHD countries)?

Yes! It’s compatible with either Left-hand drive and Right-hand drive Tesla S models built before 4/10/2016.


Is the Tesla Model S center console quiet? Are there any rattles or squeaks?

My Model S will likely have aftermarket floor mats. Does that affect the Center Console or installation or fit of the mats?

Floor mats from an aftermarket retailer will fit the floor area in front of both the driver and the passenger seat. They will be located on the outside of the center channels. An aftermarket floor mat shouldn't affect our center console Insert or its fit because it sits inside the center channels.
